Cooking

So, I like to cook. Usually it goes quite well. Most often I don’t actually follow the receipe properly. It would appear that sometimes you should.

Recently I bought this new tin – or more specifically not tin, and that proved to be the problem!

Yesterday I had to take morning tea to work. So on Sunday, I decided to bake a cake in the aforementioned “tin” (and some muffins). Behold now, diasters number 1 and 2:

The first disaster ended in the bin. The second disaster became pudding. The third time around I used a proper “tin” (but neglected to take a photo :( ).

PS – it turns out that perhaps I’m no better at remembering to write on this as I was at any other the other internet forums for the same purpose! But at least I came back….

  1. So what’s the problem? That looks like my cooking all the time……ha, ha!

  2. Ha-ha!! That’s so funny!!

Nice one Narelle….blame it on the “tin”!

  3. Guess it must have been the ‘borrowed’ eggs!!! Maybe you should buy fresh ones next time you want to cook. Better than my orange cakes – because I don’t like baking so rarely do any.
